“Why Roots Matter More”

times1115.jpgToday’s New York Times features an article by Kim Severerson about the trend toward and benefits of eating locally. Although we’re very lucky in California to have a climate that allows us a tremendous range of produce year-round, the article illustrates that supporting local famers is something that can be done around the country, to the benefit of farmers and consumers alike.
