Chefs Collaborative on Sustainable Seafood

Chefs Collaborative recently published “Seafood Solutions: A Chef’s Guide to Sourcing Sustainable Seafood.” Although it is addressed to chefs who make seafood purchasing decisions, the guide offers definitions, helpful information, and useful questions to consider when making seafood purchases for the home kitchen, too. It discusses issues related to farm-raised and wild fish and suggests additional online resources for information about marine conservation and sustainable seafood.
