Our colleagues with the Slow Food Temecula Valley chapter have alerted us to an event this Sunday in Aguanga, California that will benefit their chapter, which has been very successful in developing 26 school gardens.
Coordinated by the Temecula Olive Oil Company, the event will feature demonstrations of traditional olive pressing and will offer tasting of wine, beer, and olive oil. Rustic pizzas topped with fresh local produce will also be available:
