Just a reminder that reservations are still available for this weekend’s Catfish Farm Tour & Fish Fry.
Participating chefs will be David West, formerly of 2424 Pico, and Carroll Cotner-Thompson of the New School of Cooking in Culver City.

In anticipation of the 2012 reauthorization process, Dan Imhoff has revised Food Fight, his clear and helpful guide to the Farm Bill for concerned citizens, food activists, and the media. The Food Fight website features information about the book and the Farm Bill, and will be growing as Congress begins work on this important legislation in February and March.
The Los Angeles Food Policy Task Force has released its report and supporting documents. You can download the complete report or review the executive summary on the Good Food LA website.
