Recipe for America is a call to action for those who are concerned about what they eat and the health of the planet, and shows how sustainable eating nourishes our bodies, our economy, and our environment, and how it is the best hope for the future of food in America. Richardson focuses on the feasible, incremental solutions that will begin to stem the tide of industrial agriculture and favor improved, more sustainable practices.
