Michael Pollan and Will Allen spoke at the Pop!Tech conference on the flaws and hidden costs of the industrial food system, the benefits of more sustainable agricultural practices, and the bounty that’s possible via urban farming.   In anticipation of the 2012 reauthorization process, Dan Imhoff has revised Food Fight, his clear and helpful guide to the Farm Bill for concerned citizens, food activists, and the media. The Food Fight website features information about the book and the Farm Bill, and will be growing as Congress begins work on this important legislation in February and March.
